Subscriptions
Paid BugSnaps subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the billing portal in dashboard settings.
Refund Requests
If a billing error happens or the product was not usable for your workspace, contact support@bitforgellc.com within 14 days of the charge. Refunds are reviewed case by case.
Plan Changes
Upgrades and downgrades may be prorated by Stripe depending on the subscription state and payment method.
